Car's description

1940 Buick Century Touring Sedan

This beautiful pre-war Buick is a real head turner and show favorite. Within the shade, the Verde Green paint appears black, but also in the sunshine its rich deep green shines. Rechromed bumpers/sparkling wheel covers and distinctive fog lights trigger the outer.

The lining comes with a mint controls and engine turned dash. The luxurious interior seat fabric (Hampton-LeBaron Bonney), door panels, headliner, and wood-grained panels come in excellent condition.

The 320 ci valve-in-head straight-eight engine runs smooth and delivers plenty of power when called upon. 3-speed column shift transmission delivers power to the Firestone wide-white-wall gum dipped tires. Engine compartment is nicely detailed and also the wiring harness was substituted for the factory correct cloth braided wiring harness made by Harnesses Unlimited. Some misc. parts and shop manual can also be included.

Asking $18,900 finished cars only, no projects
